How to Unlock PTCL Huawei CharJi Cloud for All Sims
Now you can unlock your Huawei CharJi Cloud and Similiar Devices for all Sims using DC Unlocker with following method.
First of all, download and extract this file.

Important: Dont Update the Software, Otherwise your device will be locked permanently.
Method
1. Find IMEI number of the device.
2. Get Unlock Code
3. In 'FcSerialDrv' folder, Run 'DriverSetup.exe' and Install it.
4. Insert Locked SIM in your Device and Connect it to your PC.
5. Now In 'Switch Mode' folder, Run 'switch_mode.cmd'.
If it does not work, open switch_mode.cmd with notepad and use own your homepage username, password and ip instead of default.

6. Now Install 'DC Unlocker Client 1.00.1125.exe' and Open from Desktop.
7. Click on Search Icon to Detect your Device.
8. If the device is detected, write the following command and hit Enter:
AT^CARDLOCK=”UNLOCK CODE”
Note: Replace UNLOCK CODE with your unlock code from step 2.
9. If you get OK message, then its done.
If you get +CME ERROR: 16 , try another unlock code from step 2.
Type AT^CARDLOCK? to know if the version of unlock code is 3,0,0 or not.
Reboot the device and Enjoy!

- Connect your CharJi device.
- Open 'www.huaweimobilewifi.com' or '192.168.9.1' in your browser.
- Click on 'Settings' and enter your Username and Password.
Default Username = admin
Default Password = admin - Click on 'System' and then 'Device Information'.
- Copy the IMEI number.
2. Get Unlock Code
- Open "HUAWEI Unlock code calculator [huaweicalc.exe]".
- Enter your IMEI Number and Click on 'Calc'.
- Copy the v201 code.
3. In 'FcSerialDrv' folder, Run 'DriverSetup.exe' and Install it.
4. Insert Locked SIM in your Device and Connect it to your PC.
5. Now In 'Switch Mode' folder, Run 'switch_mode.cmd'.
