1. Download and Install OpenIV.
2. Create a copy of "..\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf" for Backup.
3. In OpenIV, Select 'Grand Theft Auto V' and Select your GTA5 installation folder.
4. Now open this fie "\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf".
5. Find "loadingscreen_startup.ytd"and Open it.
6. Select "beach_fg" and Click on Replace.
7. Now select the downloaded image.
8. Click on Save.
