How to Change Windows7 Logon Screen Background Manually

• Open Run from Start Menu

• Type regedit and Hit Enter

• Open [ HKEY _ LOCAL _ MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft \ Windows\ Current Version \ Authentication\ Logon UI \ Background ]

• Double Click oembackground and set its value to 1

• Now Open C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds (If this folder does not exist then create it.)

• Copy your image in backgrounds folder and rename it as Default (Image must be in .jpg format and less than 256KB)

• Reboot and Enjoy !
